The heated pools were so nice. I especially enjoyed the big one. the reception staff offered excellent service. They quickly brought extra water to my room when i asked, it was really helpful!

I found the pools to be excellent and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The kids club was great and the food in the restaurant had excellent quality. There was a great choice for the all-inclusive option, which I highly recommend. I would definitely return to this hotel.

i stayed for two nights with my kids. the hotel had a waterpark and a swimming pool. there was a beach and various kids' activities. the staff seemed professional and helpful.
check-in was delayed. i was informed i would be late but still had to wait. there were only three receptionists for the crowded hotel. the manager just said "have a GREAT time" instead of taking action.
